We believe each person carries an innate wisdom within. Our role is not to tell you the answers, but to help you reconnect with the wisdom, strength, and intuition that already exist within you and to connect with people, practices, and experiences that support your journey. We’re traveling that same path too.
A Connected Intention (ACI) is a team of holistic healers and doula practitioners focused on healing, growth, and transformation.
We offer supportive, heart-centered services to nurture the whole person that you are: mind, body, spirit, and soul. We’re based in southeastern Pennsylvania (Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, and Chester counties).
Reiki and energy healing
Reiki is holistic energy practice that supports your overall well-being. It’s deeply relaxing, allowing you to go deep within for healing or inner guidance. Reiki is gentle and allows your personal healing or clarity to unfold naturally.
We offer Usui, Kundalini, and Crystal Reiki.
Birth Doula
Pregnancy and birth are profound life experiences. Denise Saugling provides compassionate, informed support as you go through your personal experience, helping you and your family approach birth feeling informed, empowered, and connected.
Reiki training and certification
To be attuned in Reiki opens a pathway to lifelong learning, self-discovery, and deepening awareness of the energies within and around us.
